TRACEY FISCHLER
Tracey is the creator of “Tracey’s Cereal.” Having been a personal trainer and nutritional consultant for the past ten years, Tracey could never find a blend of breakfast cereal that contained the proper (nutritive balance) balance of essential nutrients. They were all lacking. She designed Tracey’s cereal out of necessity…. for herself and her clients.
Tracey brings three decades of entrepreneurial experience to this labor of love venture. Prior to her fitness training and nutritional counseling career, Tracey owned and operated Patrick’s Roadhouse, a landmark restaurant on the Pacific Coast Highway. Having taken over the business after her father’s death, she breathed new life into the restaurant which flourished under her management. A fitness enthusiast, she collaborated with the chefs and redesigned the menu to include healthy and organic meals. Tracey lived in South Africa for fifteen years where she opened a string of casual dining restaurants, Hoagie Diner. Prior to Hoagie Diner, Tracey was a partner in (name of boutique) a unique clothing boutique in (location).
Nothing brings Tracey greater joy than to see a client elevate their quality of life through nutrition and fitness and she feels truly blessed to be the instrument that helps them to achieve that goal. Tracey brings that same joy and heart to “Tracey’s Cereal.”
